To use the visual title in People Analytics Premium, watch the video or follow the steps below:
To use the visual title:
Open a chart in People Analytics.
Click the arrow next to the chart title to view the visual title.
Review how the chart is constructed.
The components of the visual title are detailed in the table below:
Title | Description |
Visual Picker | Select the chart type that will best represent your data. For example, a Drivers visual displays the groups that have the greatest impact on a metric, while a Trend can help you identify patterns over time. |
Metric Picker | Select the metric you want to analyse for example, counts or rates. Click more info to get details of how that metric is calculated. We recommend selecting a metric first, as it can impact the options available for other elements in the title. |
Group by Picker | Select how the data should be organised. For example, you could segment the data into age groups, tenure, or location. |
