To create projections in People Analytics Premium, watch the video or follow the steps below:
To create a projection, add an assumption and compare it to the default projection:
In People Analytics open the Explore screen or select a chart in an Analyses.
Select either Trend or Trend Breakdown from the Visual Title list.
Search for and select a Projection Metric from metric picker.
Review the forecasted data points and click one to explore other projected metrics.
Click Add Assumption.
Select a Metric.
Click the assumption and adjust the value using the slider.
Expand the More Actions 3-dot menu.
Click Save as a scenario.
Enter a name and click Save.
Click Compare.
Click Default.
