To navigate People Analytics Premium:
Open People Analytics.
Expand the left hand menu.
Click a tab to navigate to a screen.
Use the search bar to find analyses and metrics.
The tabs available are detailed in the table below:
Tab | Description |
Home | Displays an analysis you have set for your homepage. |
Guidebook | View and drilldown into prebuilt out of the box analysis. |
Explore | Conduct ad hoc analysis on metrics, delve deeper into the data, and customise charts to suit your needs. |
Capture | Keep your favourite visualisations in one place. |
Analyses | Create custom analyses and share them with stakeholders. |
Compare | analyse the key attributes of your employees, candidates, or any other subject. |
Search | Find metrics, analysis and employees that you have access to. |
Data Exports | Access People Analytics metrics and data from outside the system. |
Preferences | Update your settings e.g. language. |
