The views in Insight are not meant as an exact match of the views which were available in BI, the data is held on new tables. While custom views may have existed on BI previously, Insight is not a direct replacement for this but a new reporting tool.
If assistance is needed in creating JOIN's or new reports to return data which you used to use BI for, we would advise that Optimisation Services are engaged here as Support would not be best placed to assist in the creation of new reports or training on how to achieve the outcome needed.
Please note, there is a cost for any work which the Optimisation Services Team would provide but you will be advised prior to commencing any work.
