The Security widget on the Insight dashboard allows administrators to assign Super User access across the Insight product.
Users who are assigned Super User access have full access to all Insight views and data without having to manually amend the access per product.
This means that once the Super User access has been enabled for a user, no data security is applied when an Insight report is run.
The following menu option is available to allow this new security widget to become available within Insight:
CorePortal - Insight Security Admin.
To enable the Superuser access once the widget is enabled:
Quick Jump to the Security tab in Insight.
Select one or more users to assign the super user access to.
Use the arrow buttons to move users across to the selected list of users.
Click Save.
