Go to Core Security, Menu Profiles.
Query the profile which should have access.
Enable the below menu option:
CorePortal - Import/Export Reports.
Disable the below menu option:
CorePortal - Insight Hide Export Report Data.
Update a user's access so they can export Insight Reports
How do you update a user's access so they can export Insight reports to Excel or to .csv format.
