Create a bank details audit report

I need to create an audit report on Insight that shows updates made to employees' bank details (bank account number, sort code) in Personnel (not in Pay).

To create a bank details audit report on Insight from the Personnel perspective, please follow the steps below.

  1. Create a report and add the following columns (and any others you require) from the Person Audit Details (Personnel) view:

    • Person Reference.

    • Forename And Surname.

    • Date and Time.

    • Audit Type.

    • Username.

    • Old Value.

    • New Value.

    • Field Name.

    • Table Name.

  2. Create the following filters:

    • Table Name Equal to HR_PERSON.

    • Field Name In the list BANK_ACCOUNT_NO, BANK_SORT_CODE.
