Can I create an insight report of the bank details held in the expense module?

Please follow the steps below to generate an insight report containing bank details stored in the back-office expense module:

  1. Go to Insights, Admin Area, Home, Actions and Create Report.

  2. When selecting a column for the 'Filter columns by view' field, look for 'Claimant Master (Expense)'.

  3. Search in the 'search data' field for sort code, BIC, IBAN and so on, and then click Ok once you've selected all of the required columns to save them.

  4. After that, click the Refresh Data button to see the report columns.
