How to update system user access for back office and portal accounts

To update system user access:

  1. In the dashboard menu, search and select Security, then click Set Up.

  2. Select the relevant module. For example Payroll Pay Users, System Users.

    • Search for emp number if searching for Payroll Users or Systems Users.

  3. From here you can add or update system user access as needed.

If you are looking for specific access for system users, use the below steps to refine your search.

  1. Enter Personnel Number or emp number.

  2. Select the Security Type for example User Defined Access.

  3. Select Structure Code and Access Level.

  4. Click Show Access.

  5. Choose access from selection.
