A user resetting their password can be verified in the system in a number of ways. To configure these options, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, in the search bar, enter and select Security.
Click on Password Policy, then click on Configure Security Questions.
Click on the password reset options as required to enable them.
πNote: PPSN/NI number verification is defaulted if more than one option is selected or when none are enabled.
Enter PPSN only.
Enter a date of birth and a security question.
Enter a date of birth and the last four digits of an IBAN.
π€Tip: If the user's not a new starter, and the security question option is selected, their questions will need setting up in the portal before they can use the mobile app.
Click SAVE.
