Steps to add the My Leave Request Summary App to a space.

On the My Leave Request Summary app employees can view leave information and a countdown to the their day of leave.

Employees can do the following in this app:

  • View leave requests and leave request status

  • Filter the list of existing leave request by their status

  • Countdown to the next day off

  • Submit a leave request through PeopleXD

  • Drill down to View My Requests and action the leave requests.

  • Drill down to View My Calendar for a 12-month view of the calendar.

  • Refresh the app.

  • Remove the app from the existing dashboard.

  • Book a new absence.

πŸ€“ Tip: To book absences, ensure users have access to PeopleXD Leave Request.


Pre-requisite

Before activating the app, ensure you give your managers access to the following PeopleXD Menu Options. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to People XD - Menu Profile Widget and search for the relevant menu option.

  2. Select the menu option, click the three dots menu, and then select Manage Menu Options.

  3. Select Web Service then search for the following menu options and activate against the menu option:

  • Leave > Get requests next.

  • People > Get access Person.

Add the My Leave app

To add the My Leave App to a Space, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the My Dashboard tab or a Space in Access Evo then click the +Add App icon.

  2. In the search bar, type in People XD - Leave Summary then click Add to Space.

  3. Click Close.
