Adjust the record count for a report

Adjust the row count for an insight report.

By default in Insights, reports are limited to 250 rows to optimise performance and ensure faster data retrieval. To increase the report row count to be more than 250 records, you need to make adjustments in settings.

To update the number of rows in an insight report, follow the steps below in portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Insight.

  2. Click All Reports, then click Create Report

  3. Search for the relevant report, then click the three-dot image.pngicon.

  4. Click View, then click OK.

  5. Click Actions, then click Edit Mode.

  6. In the Number of Rows section, adjust the value to your desired row count.

  7. Click Save, then rerun the report.
