The Feed is a notification hub across Access products. PeopleXD can deliver personalised prompts and reminders through the Feed to individual users about actions and tasks they may need to complete.
You can customise the alerts that appear through the iCues functionality. For example, you can create an iCue for the following scenarios that will appear in the Feed:
Alert an employee when they have a large annual leave balance remaining.
Alert a manager when one of their employees is approaching the sick leave threshold.
To create a Feed iCue, using Insight reports that you or your colleagues have created, watch the video or follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Report Store tab on the Insight Dashboard, then click the iCues tab.
Search for and select your iCue, then click Download Report.
Once downloaded click the iCues tab, expand the three dot menu on the relevant iCue then click Manage.
A list of all employees that meet the criteria displays.
Expand the Actions menu then click iCue.
Click the iCue Schedule tab and select the iCue frequency.
Click the iCue Type tab then tick Feed and select the iCue Recipients.
Use the iCue Header & iCue Body tabs to customise the notification.
Use the Suggested Prompt tab to add a link to Copilot, to help users complete their task.
Select the relevant plugin skill and enter the prompt text.
Use the Call to Action tab to add a button, that will direct the user to a select system area.
Select the relevant system area e.g., My Approval Notifications.
Once finished, click Save.
Note: Feed iCues are triggered overnight on the frequency selected.
