Insight users aren't able to amend a standard report, they're only able to view it. If updates are needed, the recommended process is to clone the original report. The new copy can then be updated. Follow the below steps to complete this.
βNote: First, ensure the user account has all the required accesses.

From the dashboard menu search bar, enter and select Insight, then click the Admin Area
icon.
Enter the report name in Search Reports, then click the search
icon.
Click the three-dot
menu against the report, then click View.
Click CANCEL, then click ACTIONS.
Click Clone, then enter a new report name in Name.
Click OK, then click CANCEL.
Click Actions, then click Edit.
The user can now make changes to the cloned report.
