This is expected behavior, i.e. the iCue will always be sent to the manager of the substantive appointment of an employee when they have multiple appointments and different managers regardless of which appointment is returned in the report.

Is there a way we can get the iCue to be sent to the 'Reports To Manager' instead of the substantive manager?
