How is the call-to-action link generated in an Icue Email

How is the link in the button generated.

The first part of the Icue button link is generated from the parameter CP_INSIGHT_EMAIL_URL.
You will find this in Administration Dashboard, Site Manager, Admin Settings.
This is usually in the format of https://my.corehr.com/pls/clientid/ in a production environment.
If the clientid is coreportal_abcp then the CP_INSIGHT_EMAIL_URL is https://my.corehr.com/pls/coreportal_abcp/

The middle part has i#locate/widget/ hard coded.

The last part is based on what system area was selected when configuring the Call-to-Action for the Icue.
The system area is usually a dashboard tab.
Icues are saved in ci_voxtalk_alert_setup and the system area is in the field link_to_system_area.
