Create a report in Insight and select Add Columns.
In the Filter Columns by View, enter 'Data Validation'.
You will see a number of Insight views with details of Reference Data.
Scroll down and you will see views such as
Hr Reference1(Data Validation) and Hr Reference2(Data Validation).
Reference codes can have either be numeric or alphanumeric.
Reference data with numeric codes is in Hr Reference1(Data Validation) e.g. Locations.
Reference data with both numeric and alphanumeric codes is in Hr Reference2(Data Validation) so this is the best view to use for reporting on reference data.
Hr References (Data Validation) - This has all the reference data from Hr Reference2(Data Validation) and in addition has reference data for Work Groups, Pay Codes, Pay Scales/Grades and Pay Groups.
It is also possible to report on a specific reference data type using the 'LOV' views e.g. Employee Status LOV (Personnel).
Report on Reference Data or LOVs in Insight
We need a report from Insight showing reference data in PeopleXD e.g. Department Codes, Employee Status Codes, Cost Centre Codes.
