Incorrect Cost Centre appearing for employee on Insight Report

We have an employee that was re-hired. They were given a new cost centre when they were being set up X. However, the cost centre that is showing on reports is Y which is the old cost centre, it should be X.

Ensure that the correct cost centre is in fact saved down for the employee.

To update this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Personnel, Maintenance, Personal Profile.

  2. Query the employee.

  3. Select Post Profile.

  4. Select Amend Appointment.

  5. Type the New Effective Date for this change.

  6. Select the List of Values (LOV) beside Cost Centre and select new Cost Centre.

  7. Click Save.
