Four new Gender Pay Gap reports have been created and made available in the PeopleXD Insight Report Store.
Report Name | Description |
Gender Pay Gap Report by Employee Contracted Hours | This employee level report that will generate based on the employee contracted hours. |
Gender Pay Gap Report by Employee Salary Hours | This employee level report that will generate based on the employee contracted hours. |
Gender Pay Gap Report by Appointment Contracted Hours | This is an appointment level report that will generate based on the appointments standard hours only. This report will total the contracted hours recorded on an employee's appointment without relying on the pay multiplier recorded on the employee's record. |
Gender Pay Gap Report by Appointment Salary Hours | This is an appointment level report that will generate based on the appointment standard hours only. It uses the post profile hours, if the post has any hours, otherwise it uses the appointment FTE hours. |
