Get "Calculate Default hours" parameter as a column on Insight report

Where can we find and add "Calculate Default hours" parameter from Work Groups configuration screen on WFM Admin Dashboard as a column on Insight reports?

Search for view named, 'Work Groups (Time)' while trying to add Column on the Insight Report.
Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Insight.

  2. Click on Actions and Select Create Report as 'Table'.

  3. Click on Add and Select Column.

  4. Search for Work Groups (Time).

  5. Add the Column- 'Calculated Default Hours'.

  6. Add other relevant columns as needed.
