Insight Security for Talent is appointment driven so the reason why we don't display the previous rating of the manager is because the user running the report only has access to the current appointment and not the older one.
To resolve, please apply the Insight Super User Role to your username in Portal to ensure that all data is returned.
Insight report missing data for Objective Rating
In a report for End of Year reviews Employees should have a rating for Objectives and Values. But there are only a Values rating coming through, not an Objectives rating. This occurred due to change of appointment previously.
