Error: 'This report has not been imported. Please check that it is a valid CoreInsight file'

When you create a report in UAT but can't import it into the live environment, the issue is likely due to unsupported characters in the report title.

For example, if the title contains an ampersand (&), the import will fail. Removing the ampersand resolves the error and allows the report to be imported successfully.
