Carry out the following steps to clear down the report's cache and it will run again to pull the up to date data the next time it's run:
Navigate to the Insight Dashboard.
Select the Admin Area tab.
Search for the report you wish to clear down.
Select the ellipsis icon, Clear Cache.
Log out of the PeopleXD application and wait for a few minutes.
Log into the PeopleXD application and run the report.
